Synopsis

Complaint Management System with Source Code is a PHP project that can request a
complaint through online service. The system was built using PHP, HTML, MYSQLi and
Javascript.

The system is easy to operate and manage, the user can sign up an account and provide a
login information before you send your complaint request. The user must fill up some needed
information to start up a complaint to any topic that they're against with.

The admin have an important role here, he/she has to approve the complaints about the
proceeding processes.

Features of the Administrator Module

Admin can create a different category and admin an manage the category, Admin can
create Subcategory and also, admin can manage the Subcategory.

Can update remark on complaints from users, Admin can create state and also manage
the state, Manage users – can manage users from managing users form.

Admin can check user logs from logs dashboard and  Admin change password – can
change the password using change password form

Features of Users Module

User Registration – User can register using the user registration form

User Forgot Password – User can reset the password using the forgot password form

After login user can lodge the new complaint and modify the complaint

Complaint History – User can check the complaint history

Profile Management – User can check and update the profile

Change Password – user can change the password using the password forgot page

PROPOSED SYSTEM:

In the proposed system we have the accompanying new executions: Users of the system,
Customers of the Complaint Management System. Here again, any number of groups can be
expected. The complaints can be assigned to various people and will get followed to conclusion.
The individual taking care of the dissension will have the office to speak with the client by
means of messages through the system.

The proposed system is computerized procedure of sending the request through the web-
based system. The complaints can be sent effectively by the client from anyplace. The
administrations are given through the framework are through the email.
