Sr. No Item Description 1 A qualified HSE Supervisor Should be deployed form Day first @ 50 workmen :1 HSE person 2 All employee compulsory attend the safety induction training & Medical check-up before enter/start the work. 3 All workman & vehicles /equipment’s required valid entry Cards/ under 18 workers are not allowed inside the plant premises. 4 Day to day HSE awareness training must be provide to all employee & record copy submit to MSPL. 5 No work should be carried out without Engineer/supervisor of concerned contractor 6 Daily TBT (Tool Box Talk) (Q3) Meeting must be conducted under supervision of MSPL Engineer, Supervisor. 7 Minimum 20 % Extra PPES should be available on site 8 Required First aid box at Labor camp, office area, working place, As per BOCW 9 Horse playing and games are prohibited at near working area. 10 All HSE Document and register should be properly maintained and required training followed as per MSPL guidelines 11 Firefighting equipment’s (ABC, CO2 Type extinguisher, sand bucket stands) required for Material Storage area, near oil storage, Labour camp. 12 Contractor must be display minimum 10Nos of safety awareness posters at site area. 13 Security system must be followed as per MSPL 14 For Hazardous chemicals MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) must be required. ie Diesel, admixture, curing compound 15 For gas cutting work you should use only industrial gas cylinder, with back fire arrestor/NRV. All electric equipment’s connecting wires should have proper industrial type top plugs and electric supply panels required MCB, ELCB & RCCB or 16 earthling required for labor camp, store/office and DG Set etc. 17 All excavation should be barricaded with caution tape. 18 Drinking water & Rest shed facilities must be available all time near working area, drinking water test certificate required. 19 Suitable scaffolding materials to be used during work at height (Wooden scaffolding materials not allowed) 20 Tools and power tools use in good/safe condition as per industrial parameters. 21 Check list should maintain for required equipment’s, check list formats provide by MSPL 22 All moving parts of equipment should have safe guard. 23 Oil storage area should be made as per MSPL standard All site and labor camp area should be well clean & Hygiene (housekeeping must require), Waste Management system must be followed as per MSPL 24 guidelines 25 Labour camp should be prepared as per MSPL guidelines like sufficient & suitable living room,separate kitchen, separate washing & rest room. 26 Separate equipment storage room should be prepared at required place 27 Smoking and chewing of gutkha, drug is prohibited inside the plant premises. 28 PTW (Permit To Work System) must we followed for Hazardous work. 29 Injured person not allowed to work. 30 Safety Committee meeting must be attending with safety sup. & Site in-charge schedule shared by MSPL 31 Vehicles & equipment’s Requirements: • Valid driving operator license • Valid PUC • Valid Insurance • Fitness certificate • Reverse horn • Operational horn • All lifting equipment’s (Crane, Pock lane, Fork lift, JCB Type fork lift, DTH machine, Lifting belt, Sling, D-shackle etc.) required third party fitness certificate by competent person. 32 DG Sat: Only Silent Type DG Sat allowed inside the plant & Labour camp • Noise level test required • Stack emission test required 33 PPE'S: all person should have proper PPE, s (Personal protective equipment) as per standard & Requirement. • Safety Helmet mandatory • Reflective jacket mandatory • Safety Shoes mandatory
