Gen 002 - Understanding The Self

Barangay Bulua has a population of over 43,000 according to the 2019 census. It has issues with street lighting, malnutrition, pet illnesses/rabies, and crime. Proposed solutions include installing solar-powered LED street lights, conducting regular nutrition programs and weighing of children, mass vaccination of animals and rabies awareness campaigns, and imposing a curfew and regular patrols to curb crime. The barangay officials and resources like the PNP, barangay volunteers, and city veterinary office can help implement these solutions over time frames of months to years.
