After i watched the video i got emotional of what was jim valvano said in his speech, it is the greatest speech of all
time and his message remains in these tumultuous times, jim's also said
"Tme is very precious to me. I don't know how much I have left and I have some things I would like to say." It was
heartfelt message. He is totally emotionally and physically ill,he is battling from cancer.Eventhough he has a
cancer doesnt mean he cannot continue what he was started.

He also said about the three things you should do everyday of your life.

Number one is laugh. You should laugh every day. Number two, think. You should spend some time in thought.
Number three is you should have your emotions moved to tears, be it happiness or joy.

What he is trying to emphasis was,we have to do the thing's that make us happy
Because we dont know what will happen tommorow.

His game plan for living life remains poignant in the troubled, divided and angry times we live in. It shows there is
more to life than the noise produced by the 24-hour news cycle.

America is perpetually grieving mass shootings and the nation has been torn by racial and social injustice and an
ultra-divisive political climate. Jimmy V was talking about cancer that night when he uttered the signature
statement, "Don't give up. Don't ever give up," but those words can be applied to so much more. Especially today.

"Cancer can take away all my physical abilities," Valvano said. "It cannot touch my mind. It cannot touch my heart.
And it cannot touch my soul. And those three things are going to carry on forever." No matter what his body
experiencing those three things that we should do in our everyday living is the most,and burry jim's valvano
message in our mind.
