CLIENT: AN ARCHITECT.
• Aim was to design a dwelling for a architect and family of 5 –
consisting of a couple with two kids and a grandparent.
• A space for family to sit together(family lounge/informal sitting).
• A space or studio for his practice.
• Design with the perspective of an artist, create spaces that inspire
him.
The planning has been done as per client’s preference as per follows:
• House should have good landscape around it.
• A small courtyard inside house.
• More sense of openness.
• Bungalow should carry Wada Architecture elements.

SITE LOCATION: DELHI.
A civic centre has been proposed adjacent to Nehru Centre to help
supplement the present commercial activity at Nehru centre. Being situated
at south west delhi, this civic centre could add values to this area which also
includes Nehru metro station, a number of star hotels, the Bahai temple,
Kalkaji temple and Iscon temple.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVE:
• To be able to zone the activities in a logical manner both horizontal &
vertical.
• To be able to integrate structure and services with design.
• To create a ‘happening cultural area’ this would be an asset to the people
of New Delhi.

Mr. Ganesh Shedage wanted a twin bungalow for himself

and his brother.
The site is located in kasarsai, pune. The site is A farm land
extended upto 4 acres. The site is a north facing plot and
have hills on the southern side. It has a 6m wide access road
on the west.
The client wanted a huge living room which will allow the
hill view from indoors. He also wanted an sitout/outdoor-
dining at the southern side of bungalow.
At ground floor, he wanted a bedroom for his parents along
with a pooja room. On the first floor, he wanted to include
his bedroom and a kids room and also a informal sitting
space where his family can sit along with a big terrace.
