by Launch videos and giving basic details about their products like, ‘how
to connect them’ or ‘how to use them’ or ‘how to restart them’ or ‘how
to manage calls’ among various other similar things.
Twitter: https://twitter.com/thenoise
The twitter handle is not that active and it talks more about events
happening in and around world and then showing the audience that how
the company caters to current issues of importance and takes them
into consideration. Like ‘The black lives matter’ or connecting their
Earbuds to a certain concert music and telling its customers how their
Earbuds give the feel of a concert without even attending the one.
Despite all the efforts of social media marketing the company is lacking promotion as
customers are not connecting with the brand actively. There is a need for more
engagement activities to increase number of active participants and customers.

g and Promotions
You need to understand how noise fits in with marketing
before you can come up with a plan for how to create it in
a way that allows you to stand out from other noise. Your
marketing plan should address the four Ps: product, price,
place and promotion. Promotion is where you develop
your messages and create strategies -- such as advertising
and public relations -- to let people know about your
products. When multiple companies do this, it creates a
lot of noise. You need to create strategies and messages
that will cut through the noise and grab attention.
Messages
The messages you communicate are important. You
should only have two or three simple key messages.
Knowing your customers and what appeals to them most
is critical. For example, a working mother may feel that
saving time so that more of it can be spent with her
children is more important than saving money. A key
message targeted at this type of customer for email
software might be: “Our software automatically sorts
incoming emails into personalized folders, and flags them
based on your profile settings or email history. Users
report a 25-percent daily time reduction in going through
their email in-boxes."
Promotional Strategies
Strategies that are used to create a “buzz” and make
beneficial marketing noise include advertising, public
relations, personal selling and sales promotions. Having a
good fundamental understanding of your audience helps
you select the best strategies and the appropriate mix. For
example, if you research television habits of your
customers and discover that they skip television ads in the
evening, but leave them on when they watch Saturday
cartoons with their children, creating a clever ad featuring
parents with their children, and scheduling it to run on
weekends, will be more effective than having an ad
running weekday evenings.
Research
In addition to helping you understand your ideal or target
customer better, research also increases the odds of you
cutting through all of the marketing noise from
competitors and other product promotions. For example,
test your message with a sampling of consumers who fit
your customer profile to see if it resonates with them.
This can be done with an online survey or with a focus
group method, which is small group research. Test ads by
showing several ads on a screen and seeing which one the
research subjects remember later, and what they
remember about it.

CONCLUSION: In all it can be observed that even though
company engages well with its audience on various platforms but my
observation has been that the customers are not satisfied with their
products as well as the customer care services of the company. They
fail to handle or answer the complaints on their Instagram platform or
Facebook.
