The Process for the identification and awarding of innovations

1. Nomination submission
2. Assessment of Nomination by our Technology Nominations Secretariat and Screening teams
3. Identification of top 50 for our Coop Banking CIO /CXO team evaluation
4. Jury meeting and presentation of the top 50 nominations.
5. Selection of Top solution in each category.
6. Award announcement and certificate distribution and recognition
7. Free interview with our editor for amplification to the industry
8. Mention in our Coop solutions handbook/Site.

Who can participate?


Any Information Technology Company in the Public, Private or Joint sector, operating in India or abroad
and registered and regulated by a competent authority. Only IT products, services, and solutions that
are commercially available will be accepted as entries.
How many nominations can be filed?
Each entity can file an unlimited number of nominations.

Who can file the nominations?


The entities should file nominations themselves. No third-party nominations will be entertained.
Nominations should be filed by the competent authority of the entity and the filing should be done by
email.

What is the format for the nominations?


Part 1 of the nomination has to be filed on the form provided. And has to be filed in pdf format which
would contain descriptive information. Part 2 has to be filed in ppt format which would contain the same
information as Part 1, but as an executive summary. For each nomination, the limit is 4 ppt slides and 4
pdf pages. The pdf must be on the official letterhead of the applying company. Additional information
about innovations and their benefits can be given in separate documents, videos, etc.
Is there a nomination fee?

Yes, there is a non-refundable nomination fee to cover processing costs and entry to the conference cum-
awards function.
The nomination fee details and discounts are given. The nomination fee can
be paid by cheque / RTGS / NEFT. Cash is not accepted.
The payment must be made in favor of
Glocal Infomart Pvt Ltd.

What is the last date for filing the nominations?


The last date for filing the nominations is 20th November 2020.
Are there any award categories?
All nominations will be considered in a single pool and the jury will select the Top 20 nominations.
GUIDELINES FOR APPLICANTS
RULES & REGULATIONS
(i) All nominations must be submitted in the required format by email to
marketing@bankingfrontiers.com
(ii) Supporting material can be attached in the same mail with the file name ‘Additional Info - the name of
the
Technology’. Applicants may embed links to websites or videos for further explanation.
(iii) A separate nomination must be filed for each Technology.
(viii) The official language for the entire program will be English. The simple and clear language will
help
proper evaluation by the Jury members.
(ix) Physical supporting materials such as brochures, forms, CDs, etc may be couriered or hand
delivered to Glocal Infomart Pvt Ltd, D-312, Twin Arcade, Military Road, Marol, Andheri (E), Mumbai
400059, India.

DATA PUBLISHING & CONFIDENTIALITY

(i) The nominations will be treated as confidential and will be accessed by the Jury for review and
assessment.
(ii) While maintaining the confidentiality of all nominations, Banking Frontiers reserves the right to
publish excerpts, reviews or reports of any or all the nominations in the Magazine, Compendium,
etc. before or after the awards. Banking Frontiers also reserves the right to organize discussions /
deliberations on the basis of the nominations.
(iii) Banking Frontiers will take utmost care to safeguard all data but does not guarantee leaks due to
accidental, willful or malicious actions by any of the people involved in the process, within or outside.
