Trust Activity - Start Stop Continue

This activity encourages teams to reflect on what is working well, what needs improvement, and what should continue as is. The team discusses things to start, stop, and continue for a given time period or project. Conducting regular reflection improves accountability, reliability, and dependability within the team. The process involves introducing the reflection topic, breaking into groups to discuss starts/stops/continues, and debriefing as a full team to identify outcomes and next steps.
