2.0 Twin screw extruder
2.1 Main extruder:TSE-40/600--30--44 1set
1) Screw diameter: 41mm. L/D = 44:1.

2) Main drive motor: AC 30 kw, Bei’de Siemens brand from China, ABB inverter .

3) Screw rotary speed: 60~600rpm

4) Screw shaft is made of high-strength alloy 40CrNiMoA.

5) The barrels are equipped with C shape liners, material is 45#steel+α101,


processing heat treatment. HRC=60~62. The material of screw elements is
high-speed steel W6Mo5Cr4V2, nitrogen treatment. HRC=60~62. The barrels
includes feeding section, degassing section and close section.

6) Length of each barrel is 160mm, total 11 pieces of barrels.

7)The 1st barrel is the main feeding vent, the 7th is for degassing, 10th is

vacuum section , and the others are closed barrels.

8)Casting copper heaters for 2-3th barrels. The others are equipped with
casting aluminum heaters. All heating power: ~20kw.

9) Reducing and distributing gearbox:


The gearbox reduces the motor speed to the speed of the screw shafts and
distributes it to the two output shafts. Screw torque is 239 N.m per shaft
The gearbox consists of:
 Involute gear teeth couplings between the output shafts and screw
shafts
 Integrated thrust bearing assembly, radial bearings of the output axis are
NSK products
 Bottom part of casing designed as oil sump

10) Soft water cools the barrels with condenser.


Material of input and output pipes is stainless steel.
Solenoid valve: imported products.
Manual valve: stainless steel.
The water pump motor in the soft water system is 0.55kw.
The soft water is distilled water.

2.2 Vacuum system 1 set
Pump motor: 0.75 kw, with a vacuum tank.
Solenoid valve is CEME brand.
The whole vacuum system equips one-channel valve on the vacuum system to
prevent water regorging.

3.0 Water-cooling strand pelletizing line


3.1 Hydraulic screen changer 1set
The material is high quality 72 hours’ nitrogen treatment steel (38CrMoAlA).

3.2 Water tank 1 set


a length of 4 m; with 3 sets auxiliaries ;equipped with 4sets of stainless-steel

4.0 Electric control system 1 set


1) Temperature control meter: Omron . It is two-channelled, with function of
PID parameter self-setting and indication of the heater break.

2) Omron ampere meter to main drive motor.

3) The die pressure and melt temperature are showed on the cabinet. And the
pressure is interlocked with main machine.

4) Main Breaker: made by Schneider.

5) The contactor of auxiliary machines adopt Siemens’ products.

6) Hot-protecting electric elements of auxiliary machines adopt Schneider’s


products.

7) Control buttons and signal lamps are from Schneider.

4. Explanations

1)Validity of the quotation


The quotation is valid until 1 month after date of generation.

2) Warranty
 Since the formal acceptance of users, from the date, the warranty period is
one year.
 After the warranty period, spare parts are provided at cost price.
 If the damage is caused because of incorrect operation of customer self, we
are not responsible for this damage.

 Some spare parts such as screw component and electric heaters, are kind of
consumer good. If need more, customers could purchase them from our
company at cost price.

3) Delivery
 The transportation from maker’s factory to board is undertook by maker. And
the unload cargo is done by the customer. According to the cargo list,
customer signs the cargo list. Customer should undertake the insurance and
fee of sea freight from board to port of destination and the transportation to
customer’s factory.
 After the whole line transport to the factory, lay the machines according to
the layout drawing, then inform the maker for commissioning.
 Customer should supply the water & electric cooperation. The maker will
make a course to teach the customer to operate the machines.

4) Delivery
First anti-rust oil processing ,then use stretch film cover all extruder part against
moisture damage, need to charge for extra wooden box.

5) Commissioning
Maker will send two or three commissioning engineers. The customer should
supply the fee of round tickets, room and board to the engineers. Customer
should pay 100 USD per day for each engineer during commissioning within 7
days. Customer should sign the receiving report upon the acceptance of
commissioning .
