recommendations by Competition Law Review Committee and also European Competition
Laws. Wrote a research paper on “Need of Settlements in Cartels under Competition Act

Attended stakeholder consultation workshop to receive suggestions on Energy Conservation


Act, 2001 on discussion on proposed amendments on 16th July, 2019 conducted by Bureau of
Energy Efficiency, with the concerned senior counsels and also attended court proceedings at
the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission and Appellate Tribunal for Electricity.

Research on violation of board resolutions under section 291 of the Companies Act, 1956,
extensive research on grounds of challenge and procedure of challenging under Section 12 and
13 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and Rule 42 of Indian Council of Arbitration
and assisted in drafting of written submissions and affidavits.

Attended proceedings of various matters in Kolkata High Court and researched on case laws
pertaining to Order 10, Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and worked on

Extensive research on Section 16 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and Arbitration
and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015 and section 9 of the Insolvency And Bankruptcy
Code,2016 and also worked on the Delhi Master Plan-2021 regarding area that can be
occupied by a clinics.
