Task

A selection of case studies will be provided to students in week 4. They will be developed
from business ethics issues being covered in the news over the first 4 weeks of the session.,
and will relate to topics covered over the first 6 weeks of class.
You are to develop a report using the following headings:

1. Executive summary
2. Table of contents
3. Introduction
4. Overview of case study – provide an overview of the case study you will focus on for
the report.
5. Ethical issue – identify the ethical issue you wish to discuss, and outline why this
poses an ethical issue.
6. Concept: The broad and narrow view of CSR or distributive justice (PIMES) 
o Define the concept and ethical arguments (Either the broad/narrow view of
CSR or distributive justice (PIMES)
o Identify ethical connections to your selected case study
7. Outline of ethical theory: Ethics of care 
8. Application of ethical theory (JEERS)
9. Conclusion
10. References – referencing should conform to APA 7 referencing guidelines
