Terms and Conditions for the Gold ETF Offer

1. This offer is valid for Resident Individuals, Non-individuals & HUFs only.

2. This offer is by Invitation only. You will receive an invite via E-mail, SMS or Voice call to register

for this offer. Registration is mandatory.

3. You can opt out from this offer post registration by sending SMS “Idirect Cancel to 5676766”

within 2 days of registering.

4. To avail this offer, you should not have traded in your ICICIdirect account from last 2 years i.e.

since October 1, 2018 or if you have opened account last year i.e. Oct 1, 2019 but have not

traded in Equity, FNO or Currency segments.

5. 1 unit of Gold ETF will be purchased in your ICICIdirect account within 8 working days

after registering for this offer.

6. ETF purchase will be initiated in your ICICIdirect account at no cost to you, only the

applicable statutory and regulatory charges like STT, Transaction charges, SEBI Turnover

tax, Stamp duty will be borne by you.

7. ICICIdirect will create a limit in your account by funding the transaction amount for buying the

Gold ETF, the transaction amount will be then debited after successful purchase of the Gold

ETF.

8. The offer is valid for selected clients only and may not be altered in any way, transmitted to,
copied or distributed, in part or in whole, to any other person or to the media or reproduced in
any form, without prior written consent of ICICI Securities Limited. It shall not be considered as
an invitation or persuasion to trade or invest.
9. The terms and conditions for purchase of ETF will be subject to change without any prior notice.

10. The aforesaid offer cannot be clubbed or interchanged with any other offers.

11. I-Sec reserves the right to discontinue offer without prior notice to clients.
