Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar: Product Features & Benefits

The Bank of Punjab is contributing to Pakistan's development by providing affordable housing financing under the Prime Minister's NAYA Pakistan Housing Program. There are three tiers of housing units eligible for financing depending on their size and price. Tier 1 units can be up to 5 marla with maximum price of Rs. 3.5 million and maximum financing of Rs. 2.7 million. Interest rates are fixed at 5% for first 5 years and 7% for next 5 years. Basic eligibility includes being a Pakistani citizen, first-time homeowner, and only one housing finance facility per household. Financing is available for purchase of constructed or under-construction homes up to one year old.

(NAPHDA with covered area of up to 850 Rs. 3.5 Million Rs. 2.7 Million will be applicable for the period exceeding 10 years.
