Rules and Regulation For The Competition
Entries will be judged on the basis of 4 things and 10 points are allotted to each.
1) Garnishing (10 points)
2) Presentation (10 points)
3) Taste (10 points)
4) Innovation (10 points)
5)cleanliness of the work station(10 points)
Entries must be original and dishes must be their own innovation
Food & Pastry Winners will be selected by a well know chef Mr.
The one who gets maximum points out of 50 goes to final round.
Every participant is open for both Food and Pastry competition.
The participant should be able to explain the recipe.
Fees for Food competition is Rs 200/-
Fees for Pastry competition is Rs 300/-
Only vegetarian dishes are eligible for competition
Non-edible items are not allowed to be used.
3 participants will go to the final round
Final Round Rules for Food & Pastry competition
Participants should bring their own ingredients and particular utensils they need to cook
Only Stove will be provided
Finalist should be present on their table 45 minutes prior to the competition.
The cooking time allotted per finalist is 1 hour

Winner will receive prize worth 11,000 and a stall of 6x6 and profit sharing will be done .
