I  have  read  the  provisions  of  Ordinance  119  and  125  regarding the minimum Attendance necessary for keeping terms. I shall 
fulfil  the  requirements  laid  down  in  Ordinance  119  and  125.  If  I  fail  to  do  so,  my  application  form  for  admission  to  the 
University  examination  should  be  rejected.  I  am  aware  that  attendance  to  all  lectures,  Tests,  Examinations  (Terminal  & 
Preliminary)  and  Tutorials  is  Compulsory.  If  I fail to attend or do not write an examination or fail to carry my tutorial work  to 
the  satisfaction  of  the  Principal,  I  shall  surrender  myself  liable to cancellation of my terms. I agree with the above terms and
