Price : Ex-Works Vadodara unpacked, Exclusive all taxes, duties, hydraulic oil, Gear box oil, Cutting
oil etc.
Packing : Full Packing @ 6% of ex-Work Value, or base packing at Rs.8,000/=
GST : 18% GST (IGST) will be charged extra. GST will be charges as applicable at the time of
machine delivery as per new Govt. policy.
Payment : 45% advance with firm Order and 55% balance payment with 100% taxes after inspection
of machine at our works & against Performa bill before machine dispatch.
Delivery : Machine at present is in ready stock, we can deliver this machine within 2 to 3 days from the
date of receipt of technically & commercially clear order with advance (subject to availability
of machine at the time of order). No penalty clause subjected for delayed delivery.
Machine Inspection & : At our works for geometrical, cutting accuracy & production test before dispatch.
Job Trial
Commissioning : Installation of machine to be done by customer as per machine manual guide line. All
personal visit for attending machine complain / servicing will be chargeable because of low
cost model. Telephonic assistance / help for machine complain will be free of cost. If you
require Machine installation & operation & training at your factory by our engineer then you
have to pay charge of Rs. 5000/-
Validity of Quotation : 30 Days
Guarantee Period : Guarantee of 12 Months from the date of dispatch against faulty workmanship and defective
materials (Expect electrical, Electronics, Bearing items)
Insurance : Transit Insurance charge will be 0.5% of Total Invoice Value, Transit Insurance is compulsory
for machine despatch from Baroda to your factory for safe delivery of machine
Order & Advance : In Favour of MULTICUT MACHINE TOOLS – VADODARA
Transport : You have to bear transportation charges at actual. We will dispatch machine on part of load
basis in special truck only for safe delivery of the machine.
