The following section is meant only to provide guidance to bidders about the subscription process on the
website of MSTC. This guideline is subject to change from time to time depending on the development of
the portal. Vendors are advised to keep checking the latest guidelines from the website to keep
themselves updated. They may also contact the Helpdesk to seek clarification on any point. MSTC shall
not be responsible for any mistake committed by any bidder or for any consequent loss to the bidder due
to mis-understanding anything written hereunder.

In order to receive specific mails related to events of particular category floated by selective buyer, a
vendor needs to subscribe. The vendors shall receive the mails of the published events of the buyers &
categories only for which he has subscribed.

Click on My Subscription.

Add Subscription
The vendors shall have to select buyers-categories here in order to subscribe to system generated mails
of such events (buyers-categories). Every time a vendor selects the buyer-categories, the earlier
selection of the category for the buyer gets replaced. The same shall be updated in My Subscription link.

Select buyers from ‘Buyer List’ and categories from trade Lists (Goods, Works, Services).

Select buyers and click on ‘Submit’.

Select categories and click on ‘Submit’.

Subscription

Once the buyers and categories are selected, the same shall be displayed here. A vendor shall have to
click on ‘Subscribe’ button. On successful subscription, vendors shall be receiving acknowledgement
mail.

My Subscription
This link shall display the subscription details.

Edit Subscription
If a vendor wishes to modify/ remove the existing subscription, the link ‘Edit Subscription’ has to be
used.

All the buyers for which the vendor has subscribed shall be displayed here in the drop down box of
‘Select Buyer’.

All the Trades for which the vendor has subscribed shall be displayed here in the drop down box of
‘Choose Trade’.

Vendor shall have to update the categories and click on ‘Update Subscription’.

The changes shall also be updated in My Subscription link.
