This is to inform you that I buy a policy from your company
(Policy Number: 142786517). At the time of filling the form I mentioned
2 Nominee as (50% Sahil Rajput 24 years and 50% Ritika Rajput 26 years),
but now I want to update the nominee as 100 % share to Sahil Rajput 24 years
because my daughter has been married now and I don’t want to add her as
nominee.

I request you to kindly update the Nominee details and make Single
Nominee my son (SAHIL RAJPUT D.O.B 15-10-1994), I will be highly obliged for
your true concern. I will be highly obliged for your true concern and waiting for
a positive response from your end.
