Since when your R/3 system started GoLive?

Answer:

Are you generally satisfied with the R/3 performance of this system?

Answer:
Not satisfied, some of reports generate wrong results and it takes a long time to wait for vendor

Are the users happy with the response times?

Answer:
Some times problem, performance very slow. My opinion We need to separate our SAP server
into 2 servers, application & database server, but different with vendor’s opinion

How many users are there on the system?

Answer: We request 15 users for the first time, maybe will use around 25 users. Most of current
users are temporary users, will decide total users needed within 2 months

Do you plan to add any users in the next 6 months? If so, how many and when? Please state the
date.

Answer: still not decided yet, We still don’t know whether our branches need to be online or not.
Roughly plan to add 10 users

Do you plan to add any new modules in the next 6 months? If so, which modules and when?
