Dear Doctor De la Cruz,

Good day!

Together with my wife and son, my trip to Iloilo City from my hometown, Cotabato
Province, Maguindanao, was rescheduled on the date of our exams last December 22
due to the typhoon. I was traveling for three days because I rode the roro from
Mindanao to Visayas.

For this reason, I am humbly requesting if I could reschedule my exam.

Attached with this letter is proof for the above-mentioned.

If you would allow me to take a special exam, please give me a schedule of your
preference ahead of time.

I am hoping for your kindest consideration and positive response.
