Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ!

This is to convey my interest in applying a Local School Board (LSB) teacher at Cabugao
Elementary School.

I am Aiza N. Constantino, 21 years of age, a bonafide resident of Cabugao, Cauayan City,


Isabela. I am a graduate of Isabela State University- Cauayan Campus on the 20th day of June
2018 with the degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics. I passed the
Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT) on September 30, 2018.

I am seeking the opportunity to share my knowledge and skills and make contributions to
Cabugao Elementary School. I hope to instill a love of learning and desire for constant
knowledge within each learner.
