Nowadays, in a highly technological society, human productivity is

place in which literary and artistic material such as
&oo's,periodicals, newspapers, pamphlets, prints, records,
and tapes, are 'ept !orreading, !or re!erence, or !or lending"(t is a
collection o! such materials, especially"A li&rary management system
is made to have !ast process transaction !orsearching &oo' titles,
&orrowing &oo's, returning &oo's, computing penaltiesand
generating an accurate report" )i&rary is an important part o!
theacademic sector as well as some pro!essional sectors too li'e,
the eciencyo! a li&rary lies on how the &oo's are arranged and
how easily one can getthe &oo's o! their choice" *enerally, what
we see today is the manual li&rarymanagement system where
process o! operation is very much hectic" )i&raryis a place
in which we get in!ormation in any !ormat and !rom many
sources" This involves the utili%ation !or processing, accessing
and retrieving thein!ormation that can e+ectively support the
process o! student#s learning,decisionma'ing and scholastic
approaches" -ecause o! the organi%edapproach and systematic
management o! the in!ormation, the accessi&ilityand retrieval in the
li&rary can &e easy"(n addition, schools li'e .urang#a is one o! the
schools that is using )i&rary.anagement system !or them to ma'e
their students reserve &oo's in theli&rary easier and !aster"(n his
modern world o! technological advancement, !rom the
traditionalsearching process !or the &oo's in the li&raries, the
interactive use o!computers can &e now addressed as part o! the
li&rary system" Now, with theadvent o! such moderni%ation in
education, our way to glo&ali%e the processo! research is to reali
%e that technology is advancing at an incredi&ly !astpace"
Technology has a systematic and organi%ed way o! 'eeping
datarecords, computing num&ers, accomplishing a lot o!
transactions and reports".uranga is one o! the private schools
here in /enya located in Central /enya.uranga#a town, with two
&ranches in Town nd interiol, owned 0/AT" Thedepartment o! the
&ranch is preschool which ranges !rom the certi2cate todegree"
3tudents need a lot o! &oo's !or their studies"

ewstudents can have the &oo's" 3tudents need to !all in line
and then as' !orthe related title o! the &oo's" Through this, some
students are not a&le to!ollow their lessons" The answer !or this
