To access the SAIL corporate email service, users must visit the URL https://email.sail.in/ or https://email.gov.in/ and sign in with their username ending in @sail.in and the password received via SMS in September 2019. If the password is forgotten, users can reset it by filling in their email address and answering a security question, receiving an SMS with a random number to enter on the next page along with the answer, and then setting a new password on the following page.

Step by step: How to access SAIL corporate email service

How to Login
1. Please visit URL https://email.sail.in/ or https://email.gov.in/

2. Sign in by filling complete username with @sail.in and password as received in message from
VD-NICSMS in the Sep’ 2019.
Resetting Password
1. Please visit URL https://email.sail.in/ or https://email.gov.in/ and click on Forgot/Change
Password?

2. You will be redirected to below page. Please fill your complete email address with @sail.in
and content of the image.
3. You will receive a SMS with random number and redirected to below page, please fill
random number and image content, click submit for next step.

4. After clicking on submit button in previous page you will be redirected to below screen,
please enter your new password in both the places with correct image content. Click
submit button.
5. After clicking submit button in previous page, you will be redirected to below page, click
on login and start using the SAIL Corporate email.
