WHY IS THIS LOCATION SUITABLE FOR YOUR PROJECT?


This location is suitable for my project because it is safe enough to do the recording and editing side of the work.

ACCESS

To get to the location I just have to walk. However, most I don’t have to physically access the site as I am a student at

off right outside the college, public bus then walk from a student at the college and also allows me to open doors and
the bus stop to college, drive, or train then walk to enter the college.

Precautions/measures taken to minimise the impact of your recording:


● Book out the Radio room so we’re not rushing
● Practice before we do it so we’ll be more confident when recording
● Check our work with the teachers a while before we record to make sure it’s at a high standard and if not, we will
have a good amount of time to adjust our work so we aren’t rushing.

Describe any restrictions/hazards in the immediate vicinity:
Chairs could be a hazard as I could fall over them whilst walking in the small radio room. The computer could overheat and
could possibly cause an electric hazard. The wires and cables in the radio room could spark and cause a fire.
Where will the crew work on this location?
The crew will be working in the radio room.

Where will the cast work on this location?


No, there will be no cast members working on this location, just the crew.

The aesthetics of the classroom are good as there is lots of space and light making it visible and safe to walk around.

The aesthetics of the radio room are good as it has air conditioning and the room is bright when the lights are turned on.
However, the room is small which could cause an accident.
