INDEMNITY BOND

This document executed in MIHAN, Nagpur made on 10th September, 2018, between
Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur and Mr. Anmol Banerjee, resident of Moraj
Waterfalls Gateway, MIHAN for the usage of GYM facility at premises of Moraj Waterfalls
Gateway owned by Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur.

The expression of First Party and Second Party shall mean includes their representatives,
administrators, nominees, etc.

According to this bond, GYM facility at Moraj Waterfalls Gateway, MIHAN, Nagpur owned
by Maharashtra National Law University Nagpur permits the gym facility benefits to Moraj
Waterfalls Gateways, MIHAN residents/ members/ relatives of resident, family members of
residents only. No other person or company who is not a resident of Moraj Waterfalls
Gateway MIHAN are prohibited from usage of this facility.

If any harm or damage will made by any resident of Moraj Waterfalls Gateways MIHAN
while enjoying this facility the same will be compensated by Maharashtra National Law
University Nagpur.
