 Can see the appointment
 View Prescription (User in view, print and delete Prescription sent to doctor)

 Upcoming appointment

 Login
 Doctor profile
 Send Prescription (doctor select patient name, appointment id)
 Can book the appointment
 Time allow in patient
 View the appointment number
 Upcoming appointment
 View appointment

 Can see the patient list
 View information to the patient

 Existing System:
 Presently people are making appointment manually.
 This is time consuming process patient has physically go to the Hospital in order
to make appointment.

 Limitation of existing system:


 Time consuming.
 Lack of Efficient.
 Need to physically present at the Hospital.
 Can’t make appointment in advance for long interval.

 Proposed system:
 Proposed system will overcome the drawback of existing system.
 Existing system is manual and available appointment application are not used
friendly.
 Manual work which is time consuming can be reduce.
 Easy to stored data in database.
 Administrative can be add/remove new doctor, patient & department.
 Doctor can view/cancel appointment.
