contain the heavy rainwaters which inevitably results to flooding in the said area.

Given these circumstances, we hereby voluntarily give our consent and authority for the
City of Mandaue to introduce any drainage improvements to the said affected properties for the
benefit of all the residents in the area as well as the public passing therein.
