The Initao Municipal Police Station is pleased to facilitate the ongoing Community
Based Rehabilitation Program (CBRP) of Initao, Misamis Oriental in coordination
with the Municipal Health Office and the Local Government Unit. Said program will
end on February 28, 2021 with Seventy Two (72) Responders expected to graduate.

With the event entirely run by our office together with some volunteers, we rely on
support from generous individuals like you. Hence, the undersigned would like to
request you to be our valuable sponsor for the Responder’s T-shirts to be worn
during their graduation day.

Beyond your sponsorship, we welcome you to join us by participating in the CBRP’s
