Full disclosure Questionnaire stamped received into Snohomish County Treasurer’s


Office. on April, 07,2015 Kirke Sievers Snohomish County Treasurer and Gary A.
Anderson filled out the questionnaire and answered the questions that pertained
to the Treasurer’s Office and wrote Assessor where the Assessor was supposed to
answer, Assessor Cindy Portman received the same questionnaire and refused to
fill it out and did not return the Public Records Request in violation of their statute
42.56. Treasurer got the document back in the allotted time allowed by statute.
