420 Case Diary

1. Anchal Singh reported to police that unauthorized transactions totaling Rs. 64,507 were made from his bank account using his credit card without his permission or knowledge. An FIR was registered and the case assigned to SI Ranjeet Singh for investigation. 2. During the investigation, SI Ranjeet Singh recorded the complainant's statement under section 161 CrPC and seized the complainant's credit card. Some details were also obtained from the bank but the analysis was not documented. 3. The investigation has now been assigned to SI Rohit Gandhi. He will call the complainant for further inquiry and the investigation is ongoing. The case diary is closed for the day due to other work commitments.

Sir,
Today at marginal noted time MC of the Police Post produced the CD file of the case.
Undersigned examined the CD file revealed as under:-
1. On 21.06.2019, one Anchal Singh S/O Lt Janak Singh R/O Kalu Chack Greater Kailash
Jammu produced an application at Police Post Greater Kailash Jammu for lodging of FIR
wherein he mentioned that on 11 th of June 2019 he got a SMS that an amount of Rupees
3340/- has been deducted from his account. on confirming from Bank he came to know
that:-
On 07th of May 2019 his card was used and withdraw amount of Rupees 22000/-.
On 08th of May 2019 amount swiped of rupees 33000/-
On 15th of May 2019 amount swiped of rupees 9507/-
……………..on this total amount swiped of rupees = 64507/-. Bank Manager Supwal is
responsible for not giving him his credit card detail.
2. In this regard, a cognizable report is entered at Police Post and on ther report of case
has been registered at Police Station Gangyal and investigatgion entrusted to SI Ranjit
Singh the then I/c PP Police Post Greater Kailash Jammu. DDR Extract and FIR Copy are
placed in CD File.
3. During the course of the investigation, SI Ranjeet Singh the then Ic PP, recorded the
statement of complainant under section 161 CrPC and proved the offence under section
420 RPC. Statement of complainant is placed in CD File.
4. Thereafter, the then I/o seized the credit card of complainant bearing number
5241827305562377 from complainant and filled seizure form as well as recorded the
statement of witness under section 161 CrPC. seizure form of dated 18.11.2019 and
statement of witness dated 19.11.2019 are placed in CD File.
5. Thereafter, the then I/o obtained some details in respect of complainant account from
SBI Bank but he had not mentioned his analysis report in his diaries nor seized
statements.
6. That on the transfer of the then I/o, investigation of the case is taken up by undersigned
and now oncoming days complainant of the case will be called at police post and after
enquiry from him further proceedings will be taken into the case. At the moment,
undersigned be engage in other official work.
Hence, CD of the day is closed and investigation is in progress.
