The Impacts of MOBA Online Games Toward Students' Achievement

This study examined the impacts of playing MOBA online games on students' academic achievement. The researchers administered questionnaires and tests to students who do and do not play MOBA games. They found that playing MOBA games was associated with higher scores on math, science, and English but lower scores on history, economics, and Bahasa Indonesia. So MOBA games seem to help skills related to science and language but hinder skills for social sciences and the Indonesian language.
