INTRODUCTION

This report shows the importance of technological valuation for companies, for this a study was
carried out in universities to identify common problems of valuation, in this topic it was selected,
Ignorance of licenses, patents or similar technology transfer agreements. consequently, make an
identification of the possible causes and the effects that failure to recognize them may lead to.
For this, a series of recommendations are also given for organizations to take into account and to
improve profitability, including the adoption of patents.
