An Automobile Moves With A Constant Speed of 15 M/S, If The Driver Applies The Breaks Till It Comes To Completely Stop in 3s

The document contains two homework problems. Homework A involves calculating the distance traveled, acceleration, speed, position, and speed given an automobile braking from 15 m/s to a stop over 3 seconds. Homework B involves calculating the position, speed, maximum height, time to maximum height, speed, total flight time, and landing speed of a ball thrown vertically upward at 25 m/s, accounting for gravitational acceleration of 10 m/s^2.

An automobile moves with a constant speed of 15 m/s , if the

driver applies the breaks till it comes to completely stop in 3s
1 .Find the distance that the car moves since the brake? (4)
2- Find the acceleration. (1)
3.Find the speed after 1s. (1)
4.Find the position after 2s . (2,3,4)
5. Speed at position 10 m .

HW B: ( g = 10 )
A ball is thrown vertically upward with a speed of 25 m/s
1-Find its position after 2s. (2)
2- Find the speed at 1s. (1)
3-find the maximum height. (3)
4-find the time needed to reach maximum height (1)
5-find the speed at position 10m.
6.total time of flight
7.the speed of the ball when just touch the ground
