solve their issues.
The access area is not idle, the host has to
approach visitors and guide them.

The main goal of this area is to organize

the quality and flow of traffic inside the
GL.
Here, partners could solve simple queries,
so that they don’t need to go to the
Solutions area.
Also, it is important to educate partners so
that they know how to solve by means of
the app.

Partners go to the facilities to solve their issues,

so it’s important to highlight the solutions area,
it has to be visible, close and attainable. For this
reason, it’s placed in the center of the room
given that it is the core of the GL Hub.
The rest of the space should be organized
around this area.
The modular workstations allow a variety of
configurations making it easier to adapt to
different spaces and experts capacity as
required. That makes this sector the most
versatile of the model.
This area has to be sectorized with a different
ceiling and floor to enhance it's main role.
IIt is mandatory that one workstation be lower

center of the room.

Depending on the HUB locations, existing

restrooms should be looked at before the lease
is signed to make sure there are sufficient fixture
amounts to handle the occupant load. If HUB
location is within a high-rise building or mall use
existing public restrooms.

If possible consider space to place a baby

changing table in both bathrooms.
If the facilities and current regulations allow it,
the unisex bathroom can be implemented.

Note: This layout is an example of a 21.8m2 possible restroom configuration.

Consult your area’s code and occupancy type for fixture counts.
