OPERATION MANUAL OF GOC PLC/HMI.

1. Introduction Screen This is the main display screen
where activities displayed. Key
board is provided to enter to go
to respective screens.

2. Parameter over This is the parameters overview


view Screen where Actual Pressure ,
Actual Flow & Total Flow can be
displayed. Key Button also given
for go to next screens.

3. Pressure Set Point This is the pressure set point


screen where min max limits can
be set.

where min max limits can be set.

Above Normal %
(i.e More than Maximum set
point)
Normal %
(i.e In between Minimum and
Maximum set point)

Values according to real time Flow
value.

9. Counter Reset This is the screen where Using F3
button user can RESET the
Counter.
With this action total cost values
also get reset to 0.

10. Alarms This is the Screen where all the
alarms will be displayed.
Alarm:
1) HIGH FLOW SPAN
2) HIGH PRESSURE SPAN
3) SD CARD FULL. Etc

IF FAULT COME Then,
PRESENSE OF FAULT Flow Pressure
Low

SD CARD FULL

1. ANNUNCIATION If the system is healthy then all


the lamps will glow in GREEN
IF SYSTEM HEALTHY COLOR.

2. SETTING If Supervisor wants to go to


SETTING page, user login required
PASSWORD with user level 1.

User Level 1: Password: 1000


User Level 2: Password: 2000
User Level 3: Password: 3000
