 A new concept SAP introduced in 2015 in SFIN 2.0


 It’s a new ledger that sits on Top of the Leading Ledger
 Replaced old FAGLFLEXA (Line Item table) and FAGLFLEXT
(Totals table) with ACDOCA Table
 When Appendix Ledger is created, it is tagged as Extension Ledger
and linked to Base Leading Ledger
 Appendix Ledger cannot have a separate Fiscal Year different to
Leading Ledger
 Can open and close Fiscal Periods separately from Leading Ledger
 Appendix Ledger does not post to BSEG

 All the adjustments can now be posted to the Appendix Ledger

 Minimises data footprint and less efforts are put in reconciliation
