Normal maintenance includes daily checks of oil and water levels, weekly checks of oil levels, and monthly cleaning of the suction filter for the compressor. 3. Additional scheduled maintenance includes changing engine oil every 250 hours, cleaning the concrete pump every 1000 hours, and changing hydraulic oil every 2000 hours.

14 10 - Greasing of agitator shaft bushing. Drain condensed water

11 - Clean the concrete pump
2 5 12 - Check fixing bolts of components mounted on chassis frame
All 2000 working hours
13 for tightness.
13 - Change suction filter.
14 Change Engine oil, oil filter and diesel filter.
** Change the FORM LACE RINGs(80002541) : 1st after 700 cum, thereafter every 2000 cum of concrete.

** Engine oil (20W40) 18 liters, Fuel and oil filter : 1st after 50 hours, thereafter every 250 hours of operation.
RPM @ 2100
** Replace the RAMs(10007943) when sand starts coming into water box

** Replace the SEALING CONEs(10004928) when cement slury starts coming out from either sides of agitator
mounting.

** Replace the SEALING SET FOR PLUNGER(10011127) when hydraulic oil starts coming out from flushing
container.

** Replace the SEALING SET FOR ROD(10013369) when both the rings become too loose in the gate valve shaft.

** Hydraulic oil grade: SHELL TELLUS 2HF 68SS, Hudraulic Filter - 10002989
