29 The Junior EXECOM Meeting started with an invocation led by CPT GALVAN

31 The Secretary also certified that there is a quorum with nine (10) primary members
32including the Chairperson and two (4) representatives present.

34 The Chairperson called the meeting to order o/a 1410

38 The Assistant DPR presented the agenda for the meeting which covered the Mission,
39Capabilities and Organization, Air Force Defense Program, and Strategic Plans. In addition,
40the presenter also provided data and information on Command Readiness, Financial
41Performance and Accomplishments vs Target Goals for CY 2020.

45 The Assistant DPR presented the strategic direction in accordance to the PAF’s
46desired strategic end state, for the PAF to be more capable and credible in response to
47national security and development.

51 The Assistant DPR further explained the future force structure which serves as the
52basis in the development of military forces setting the initial design of the Armed Forces of
53the Philippines (AFP) Force Structure

55 The Chairperson suggested that the data shown on Inventory of Bases/ Military
56Reservation Summary be presented more clearly using a bigger table for the presentation.

58 The Chairperson also asked whether the presentation of data of the Transformation
59Roadmap is updated.

61 The Assistant Chief from AFSMO presented the reduced and updated version of the
62Transformation Roadmap which was not yet received by OA-3 prior to the presentation.

66The Chairperson explained the need to fiscalize the POEs of the pre-anniversary activities
67and the anniversary celebration. He reminded the representatives to take note of the
68comments and changes discussed.

72With no more matters left to discuss, the meeting was adjourned on or about 1448 on the
