The site visit was carried out on 24th March 2021 accompanied by the above mentioned officers.
The following point has been observed,
(a) Gate observation:
(1) 1st stage parts – not completed
(2) 2nd stage parts – not completed
(3) Gate – yet to come at site
(4) Gate hoist or crane – yet to come at site
(5) Crane track – not completed
(b) Pump house observations:
(1) Induction motor – not come at site
(2) Motor accessories and mounting – yet to come at site
(3) Pump accessories and mounting – only discharge head, driver stand and base
plate of pump at site
(4) Pipe and its mounting – yet to come at site
(c) Sub-station observations:
(1) Transformer – yet to come at site
(2) Voltage transformer – fitted
(3) Current transformer – fitted
(4) Vacuum circuit breaker – fitted
(5) Isolators – fitted
(6) Conductor – fitted (approx. 50%)
(7) Structure – approx. completed
(8) Light arrestor – fitted
(9) Disconnect switch – fitted
(10) Earthing – completed
(d) Civil work:
(1) Completed up to the pump house floor level
(2) Sump well work completed
(3) Control room work running
