 Adjustment of Concrete Mix Proportion for Batching Plant.

 Concrete trail Mix.

 Following Laboratory Test at Civil Engineering Lab.

 Sieve analysis of Fine and Coarse Aggregate.

 Moisture Determination of Aggregate.

 Aggregate Impact Value.(AIV)

 Aggregate Crushing Value.(ACV)

 Slump Test of Hydraulic-cement Concrete.

 Compressive Strength of Cylinder Concrete Specimens.

 Manage the repair, maintenance and replacement of public and private infrastructure.

 As a civil engineer, I think logically always. I analyze strengths and weaknesses and offer alternative
solutions, approaches and conclusions to problems. Critical thinking helps me to ensure everything
runs smoothly and systematically.

 Constantly up to date with the latest technologies in my work field and I have ability to adapt and
generate equipment and technology.
 Identifying measures of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct
performance, relative to the goal of the system.

 Considering the relatives costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

 I can determine how a system should work and how changes in condition, operations, and
environment will affect outcomes.

 I can control the operations of equipment or systems.

 Troubleshoot to solve unforeseen problems with design or implementation.

 Expand professional and technical knowledge of leading-edge developments in civil engineering


through participation in professional organizations, networking events and educational workshops.

 Inspect and observe facilities to evaluate the efficacy and quality of construction systems,
components and works.

 Capable of taking any decision to give proper guide to supervisor and technicians for smooth
operation of civil equipments.

2. Managerial Capability-

 Working with a team in achieving highest production as well as ensuring fault less production to
reach company goal.

 Investigate public complaints, determine nature and extent of problem, and recommend remedial
measures.

 Guiding and helping maintenance team to keep production fault free under difficult situation.

 With the guideline of supervisor prepare individual action plan to ensure effective maintenance
work.

 Establish and maintain multi-tiered relationships with other department to ensure highest production
without any fault and achievement of business goals.

 Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

 Supervise and train project team members as necessary.

 Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests to maintenance team.

 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing


professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

 Estimating material, construction, and labor costs, and project timescales.


 Overseeing inspection and maintenance programmers.

 Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers.

 Making sure projects meet civil and construction safety regulations

and production of various goods and services.

 Design - Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision
technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

property, and institutions.
 Computers and Electronics - Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment,
