accurately and finishing a lot more tasks. Productivity also helps to improve yourself and be a better

steps in your life! Here are some benefits of being productive.
1. Being productive helps you to do task quickly. Being productive, you are also trying to finish a
lot more work earlier. So, being able to do task quickly helps you to finish other tasks also. By
that, you can have more free time for yourself. But, take note that don’t push yourself too much
and take some rest for a while before finishing your tasks.
2. It saves your time. Like I’ve said earlier, the more you finish your task quickly; the more you
have time to finish your tasks at your to-do list note. Because when you finished all of your
tasks, all you have to do is rest, do some of your hobby or make another to-do list for tomorrow.
3. It helps you to focus. When you get used to being productive, you can also concentrate more.
Because, in order to get things done, you have to stay focus. Not just on tasks but on other
things as well, like playing, cooking etc.
4. It also improves you as a person. Being productive, can replace your bad habits into good ones.
Your daily routine will be also healthy. It makes you more independent and hardworking on
doing tasks and can avoid procrastinating. Especially in students, procrastinating mostly caused
by peer pressure. So, by being productive it helps you to grow and be a better person than
before.
1. Wake up and sleep early. Some research says that waking up early in the morning makes us
more alert and think better than any other time if the day. Personally, I did notice that I am
more energetic and productive in morning, so most of my tasks were done at that time. Like
cleaning my bed sheets and generally my room as well, exercising, petting my dogs etc. Same as
sleeping early, of course, because when you sleep early you also wake up early naturally. Not
just that, it also helpful because it makes your sleep pattern organized. Also, keep in mind that
sleep is important! Sleep helps us to repair our brain and rest most of our muscles.
2. Be motivated. Get yourself some inspiration, like your favorite artist, influencer, actor or even
your parents or friends. Being inspired also helps us to finish task quickly! Not just to finish task,
but also to do better on it. It helps us to improve our performances that makes us to do our
things accurately and also enjoying. Some research says that inspired person tends to do well in
their work. Personally, when I’m watching some DIY videos, it makes me want to do it
immediately and to be honest it is fun doing it.

goals in mind so you have determination to avoid distractions. You should also tide up your
workplace so you’ll not get distracted if you notice some unnecessary things in your table while
working. By doing this, you also discipline yourself over time.
4. Reward yourself. It is definitely okay to reward yourself after a long stressful work! Having a
treat for yourself is like fueling up a vehicle. It boosts our energy and it makes us more
hardworking than before. Everyone deserves a treat after we work for it, because we tried our
best doing it.
It also makes you consistent for your work and improves discipline for yourself. Because you
know that after you work hard at some particular task, a sweet reward is waiting for you at the
end of the day.
5. Be positive. Being positive is like making things possible. It helps you to be confident and makes
you think that you can do it! Positive attitude also helps your mental thinking because you are
looking at the good side of your task rather than complaining. it makes you manage things more
organized and passively. Try positivity be your habit, it doesn’t only apply in productivity, but in
your lifestyle as well.
Other advantages of being positive:

6. Take a rest. Take note that when taking breaks, you’re also being productive. Taking rest helps
you to relax and reenergized, by that it makes you do your tasks effectively. When you take a
rest, it helps your brain to relax more and produce new plan or ideas and your muscle also! It
makes you more productive and focused, in short, rest helps you to recover yourself. It also
prevents us from being tired or even fatigue and exhaustion. Try slowing down your task and
not pushing it too much. Take breaks when you really need it, but don’t let it become an excuse
