Who is Pesto for?


Our typical applicant is a Software Engineer with 2 to 7 years of experience in Web Development using JavaScript,
ReactJS.

What is the average salary of Pesto alumni?


The average salary for Pesto Residency graduates is INR 31 LPA.

What happens if I quit the program? Do I still have to pay?


You can quit the program within the trial period of initial 3 weeks by paying a non-refundable amount of Rs 10,000.
We will cancel the ISA immediately. But once the trial period is over, we don’t allow any exits.

Why is the INR 10,000 exit fee?


We do this to maintain the integrity and seriousness of the program. We have limited spots and want to ensure only the
serious candidates join.
FAQs (II/II)

Do I have to accept my offer from hiring partners?


No, we do not bind you to accept a particular offer. But we encourage you to only sit for those companies you are
actually interested in.

Can I prepay my instalments in one go?


Yes, you can choose to pay a lump sum amount as well. We actually give a 10% discount on payment of future
instalments

What to do if I lose my job? Will pesto help me to secure a job? Do I still have to pay if I don’t have a job?
You can always approach Pesto to help you find a new job. During this period of no-income, Pesto will pause the
payment instalments and will only resume once you again start earning.

What will happen if I don’t earn the promised salary?


In case Pesto team is not able to get you a job of the promised salary within 6 months of graduation, then you don’t
have to pay anything, ever!
