This document outlines a post-surgical rehabilitation protocol following hip arthroscopy. It is divided into phases from post-op days 1-7 through months 3-4. Each phase focuses on exercises and goals to improve range of motion, strength, and function. Exercises progress from passive range of motion and isometrics in early phases to advanced strengthening, agility, and return to full activities by 6 months post-op. The overall goal is to regain full hip function and return to all physical activities without limitations or pain.
