Check complete transformer against approved outline drawing, provision for all fittings, finish oil level, Shield earth connectivity,

thickness & adhesion test etc.

Note :
Each completed Inverter Duty Transformerl shall be subjected to above mentioned routine tests as per relevant IS / IEC (latest amendment).

Any other routine tests not specified above but covered as per amendment/latest edition of relevant IS/IEC shall be performed.

Tank pressure Test, Tank Vaccum Test report, Core bolt withstand Voltage

for 1 min. & other stage inspection test results to be provided during Inspection.
If the supplier desires, he may not fix radiators on transformers (other than the one which is to be type tested) during routine testing.
3 However in that case, radiator manufacturer's test certificate shall be furnished for reference of inspecting officer with undertaking that
supplier shall be responsible for proper alignment/fixing of radiator on transformer at site.
The transformer shall be completely assembled and tested at the Factory. Routine and Acceptance tests as per specification/ standards are to
be conducted and no deviation in respect of conducting these tests will be acceptable. No extra charges for these tests will be paid. Test

charges shall be part of cost of the equipment. If
CUSTOMER/DISCOM selects to send a representative, all tests shall be carried out in his presence.
