• Use MS Word to prepare exercise solution.

• You may consult tutorials and videos if the concept is not clear.

• Your submitted exercise will not be considered/counted if:

It is submitted after due date.

It is not in the required format (.doc or .docx)

It does not open, or file is corrupt.

It is copied (partial or full) from any source (websites, forums, students, etc.)

Learning Outcome:

After completing this exercise, you shall be able to:

• Create a website on Wix.com

• Review and edit your info on Wix

• Add pages to your website

• Add a “Call to action” Button to your website


There are five parts of this exercise. Please complete all of them.

Scenario:

A local Gym based in Lahore, Pakistan wants to create a website to expand their business, so that they

can get online bookings online. For this purpose, they want to hire an expert, who can create a website on

Wix.com and add pages according to their requirements with a specific call to action button.

Tasks:

1. Create a website on Wix.com

2. Add logo and name of the business.

3. Add About us, Training and Contact us pages.

4. Add “Book Now” button on the home page.

5. Review and Publish your site.

Guidelines:

• You can use your existing Wix account.

• You can Sign up with your Facebook or Gmail account.

• You can choose the name of the website yourself.

• Use “Wix ADI” to create the website.

• You can pick a theme and homepage design that you like.

• Use a free Wix.com domain to publish your site.

NOTE:

1. Create an MS Word file with screenshots of all of the above-mentioned tasks.

2. We will analyze your solution based on the steps that you would perform.
