What is Anger?
Where does Anger stem from?
Anger is one of the basic human emotions, and is actually
a secondary emotion to another underlying primary
emotion. 


Our Anger could stem from:


● Fear

● Disappointment

● Frustration

● Shame

● Jealousy

● Anxiety

● Boredom

● Embarrassment 


What does anger feel
like and how does it
manifest itself on the
body?
● Blood Pressure & Heart Rate
Increase

● Shallow breathing or
Accelerated breathing 

● Muscles Tighten

● Fight or Flight Response


Managing Anger: Get Some A.I.R
Anger itself is not negative, but sometimes it is expressed in unhealthy
ways. One way to deal with your anger is to get some A.I.R: 


A= Acknowledge your anger

I= Identify the trigger

R= Release it in a healthy way
