Troubleshooting
Safety
Electricity power is still kept in capacitors even the power supply is shut off. Do not forget to discharge the electricity
power in capacitor.
Electrolytic Capacitors
(HIGH VOLTAGE! CAUTION!)
For other models, please connect discharge resistance (approx.100Ω 40W) or soldering iron (plug) between +, -
terminals of the electrolytic capacitor on the contrary side of the outdoor PCB.
Note: The picture above is only for reference. The plug of your side may be different.

Remark:
Use a multimeter to test the DC
voltage between 2 port and 3 port of
outdoor unit. The red pin of multimeter
connects with 2 port while the black pin
is for 3 port.
Remark:
Use a multimeter to test the resistance
of the reactor which does not connect
with capacitor.
The normal value should be around
zero ohm. Otherwise, the reactor must
have malfunction.

Note:
Refrigerant may only be charged after performed the vacuum drying process.
Always use gloves and glasses to protect your hands and eyes during the charge work.
Use electronic scale or fluid infusion apparatus to weight refrigerant to be recharged. Be
sure to avoid extra refrigerant charged, it may cause liquid hammer of the compressor or
protections.
Use supplementing flexible pipe to connect refrigerant cylinder, pressure gauge and outdoor
unit. And the refrigerant should be charged in liquid state. Before recharging, The air in the flexible
pipe and manifold gauge should be exhausted.
After finished refrigerant recharge process, check whether there is refrigerant leakage at the
connection joint part.(Using gas leakage detector or soap water to detect).
