Program Design

I. General Program Information:


Program Title : Manga Elementary School’s First Quarter School Monitoring
Evaluation and Adjustment (SMEA) Conference 2020-2021 and
Orientation of Teachers on RPMS-IPCRF during the New Normal
COVID-19 Pandemic
Program Description: This school activity is done quarterly and is used to monitor and
evaluate the status, performance and progress of its delivery of
basic education services.
Prerequisite Programs: None
Duration: 6 Hours
Management Level of Program School Level
Delivery Mode: Formal Face-to-Face to target participants
Target Personnel: Teacher: 28 Proficient Teachers ( I-III) , 2 Highly Proficient
Teacher ( MT) School Head: 2
Budget Requirements: P 3, 200

II. RATIONALE
The School Monitoring Evaluation and Adjustment (SMEA) Conference is done quarterly and is used
to monitor and evaluate the status, performance and progress of its delivery of basic education services. In this
connection, Manga Elementary School will conduct the 2020-2021 First Quarter School Monitoring Evaluation
and Adjustment (SMEA) Conference on January 27, 2021 at two o’clock (2:00) to five o’clock (5:00) in the
afternoon. Moreover, to keep its teachers updated on the policies and guidelines in the RPMS Cycle during the
Covid-19 Pandemic, orientation of such shall be done on the same date at nine o’clock (9:00) to twelve o’clock
(12:00) in the morning.

III. OBJECTIVES and OUTCOMES

A. Objectives
The training aims to:
a. Provide immediate feedback on the efficacy and weaknesses of program implementation at the
school level vis-a-vis SIP and AIP implementation;
b. Respond to technical and training needs of teachers;
c. Identify different Concerns, Issues, Gaps and Problems (CIGP’s in educational policies and
guidelines especially during the pandemic; and
d. Orient teachers on the RPMS-IPCRF in the new normal Covid-19 Pandemic.

B. Expected Outcomes
By the completion of this activity, the following outcomes are expected to be accomplished:
a. Increased awareness on the current status of school implementation of Learning Continuity
Plan during the pandemic;

b. Improved school administration’s responsiveness to teachers’ technical and training needs;
c. Identified the concerns, interventions, gaps and problems of the implementation of educational
policies and guidelines during this pandemic; and
d. Increased teachers understanding on how to do about the RPMS-IPCRF in the new normal
Covid-19 Pandemic.

IV. FINANCIAL ASPECT


A. Source of Funds: The school Maintenance and other Operating Expenses (MOOE) will cater all
the expenses for the food and snacks as well as the hand-outs and certificates of the participants of
the activity.

VI. Monitoring and Evaluation


The school M and E Team are responsible for the monitoring and implementation of the activities
mentioned above. A report will be rendered by M and E in-charge as soon as the evaluation is finished.

VII. Health Protocols and Guidelines during its Conduct


The activity will be done in the school’s covered court which is an open space and has an area of
approximately 900 square meters. The checking of temperatures, securing of Health Declaration Form, wearing
of face mask, hand washing and disinfecting, and 2-meter physical distancing during its conduct shall be strictly
required.
