- What is your greatest weakness?


Well, I haven’t had much experience at selling cars but I think I am a fast learner.

- What is your greatest strength?


I am ambitious and I am good at dealing with people, so I believe I could be a good salesperson.

- Could you describe a time when you worked closely with someone who had very different
ideas from you?
Yes. On one occasion, I was working with two colleagues and they didn’t agree with each other on
some details so I invited to have dinner at home and in the end we listed our best ideas to
use on the project and it worked well.

YES. ON ONE OCCASION, I WAS WORKING WITH 2 COLLEAGUES AND THEY DIDN'T AGREE ON
SOME DETAILS. SO WE DID A LIST WITH OUR BEST IDEAS TO USE ON THE PROJECT AND IT
WORKED WELL.

I know it is one of the best companies to work for. It was founded/created in 1993 (nineteen
ninety-three) and at present it has more than 100 (one hundred) stores across the country.

- How much money are you looking to earn?


I don’t have any specific number in my mind and my priority is to find a position that is a great fit
for me.
I DON'T HAVE ANY NUMBER IN MY MIND. AT PRESENT, MY PRIORITY IS TO GET EXPERIENCE IN THIS
AREA.

- Where/How do you see yourself in 5 years?


I see myself taking on more responsabilities either through (“aider zru”) management or higher
level individual contributions.
IN 5 YEARS, I SEE MYSELF TAKING MORE RESPONSABILITIES AND WORKING IN A HIGHER LEVEL
POSITION IN THE COMPANY.

- Could you tell us about a challenge you have faced and how you handled it?
In my last job, we were facing a deadline and my boss was out for the day, so I took the lead on the
project, delegated tasks and I concentrated on my personal tasks. The project was a
success and we delivered the work on time.
YES. IN MY LAST JOB WE WERE FACING AN IMPORTANT DEADLINE AND MY BOSS WAS OUT FOR
THE DAY. SO I TOOK THE LEAD AND DELEGATED TASKS TO MY WORKMATES. WE WORKED
VERY WELL AS A TEAM. FINALLY WE DELIVERED THE WORK ON TIME AND THE PROJECT
WAS A SUCCESS.

I have wanted to work for a large organization in this area and I know you are one of the leaders. I

the desire to succeed. I am very sociable and ambitious so I think the position fits with my

I enjoy both. I can work both in a team and work alone, depending on the project that needs to be

Unfortunately, I have never worked in a similar position but I want to get experience since I have
studied to perform in this area.

No, never. As I am an open-minded person, I like listening to other people’s opinions so I generally

I speak English, Spanish and a little of Portuguese, I have strong communication skills and I can use

If I were an animal, I would be a dolphin because dolphins are very intelligent, excellent
communicators and real team players.

Although it was flexible and relaxed, I felt that I couldn’t promote for a higher position in the
organization.

I was the cashier, the responsible for the supplies and I also had to calculate the salaries for the
staff.
