products to its clients. The services and products offered by the organization range from website
development, App development, IT services, Software installation, among others. The company
is one of the best in terms of employee retention and satisfaction. This can be proved by the
increased productivity the company has been experiencing over the years and the increased rate
at which job seekers are seeking jobs from the organization, and the reduced rate at which
employees of the organization are leaving the company for its competitors. As the owner and
CEO of this business, I have realized that most of the top talents and skillsets of the company are
parents who have young children. A research was conducted on the company's employees, and it
was found out that most of the parents with young children are always troubled by child care
services. This has, in return, negatively impacted the productivity of the organization. The
reduction in the company's productivity will go in a long way in destroying its competitive
time solutions to the different problems. For the issue of employee childcare, the company is
considering offering child care benefits to its employees. Therefore, this research paper is an
assessment to determine the financial pros and cons of offering child care benefits and
Discussion
Having the young children of the employees at a daycare in their parents' workplace
seems to be ideological. Other employers prefer not to have daycare facilities at the workplace
but instead provide the daycare benefits to the employees outside the company. This means that
the employers provide the employees with the necessary financial help and resources to help
them overcome the problem of taking care of the child. However, this company prefers to
provide child daycare benefits to the employees by having child daycare facilities on the
company grounds. Therefore, to determine the financial viability of this decision, the company
One of the main advantages of offering child daycare benefits to the employees is that the
the employees of an organization means the overall productivity of the company. The employee
will perform the duties assigned to them with effectiveness, knowing that their young children
are within and, therefore, attending to their needs becomes easy(Brady et al.). A motivated
employee can be taken as an asset of the organization as they are more beneficial to the company
than any other employee. A motivated employee makes the other employees also become
A child daycare facility in the institution means that the employee will not have to worry
about rushing from the company to pick their children at the daycare. Since the child daycare
facility is within the company, the employee can even extend their stay and finish up on the
different projects. This leaves the employee with enough time to work on the projects, and
therefore, the company's projects will be completed in a timely manner, hence making the client
happy (Azhari et al.). A happy client is a satisfied client. If the client is happy and satisfied, then
the company will benefit financially and from a good reputation and referrals.
Another advantage of having the child daycare facility and benefits in b the facilities is
that it helps retain and attract both old and new talent. Employees can only be retained if their
needs and wants are fulfilled and are considered, and daycare services are one of the
considerations. With the provision of child day care services, the employees find it hard to leave
the company. This, in return, increases the retention rate of the company. On the other hand,
increased employee retention means that the employees are satisfied, and satisfied employees are
productive workplaces. The increased retention leads to the development of a healthy workplace
The implementation of this program will also eliminate the aspect of absenteeism,
turnover, and tiredness. The majority of the employees of the company are females, and
whenever they were absent, the reason was that they could not place the child in daycare.
One of the disabilities is that having the child close might be a distraction for some of the
employees. This means that the employee will not be able to perform their duties effectively, and

as a result, their productivity will decrease. A decline in the productivity of the employee means
a general decline in the productivity of the organization. Instead of concentrating on work, the
employee might end up visiting the child daycare facility more frequently for check-ins (Azhari
et al.).This will negatively impact the employee and then the organization's productivity, but it
will also adversely impact the ability and opportunity of the child to interact with others.
employees will not differentiate between a professional and personal life. The establishment and
running of the child daycare facilities could be challenging for the business and negatively
impact its liability. This means that acquiring the licensing and sponsorship for the facility could
be excessively difficult (Brady et al.). A decreased liability in any company is one way to destroy
Methodology
To conduct this research, several data collection methods will be involved. Several data
collection methods will be utilized to avoid the biasness of data and data that is not viable.
Therefore, the methods involved in this research are interviewing employees and employers,
surveys and questionnaires. Interviewing the employees and the employers will help obtain data
on the perspective of these individuals on the implementation of daily child care within the
workplace. This will help obtain first-hand data on how economically viable the idea of
implementing child daycare services is. It will provide a better understanding of how to go with
the ideology. The questionnaires will also be provided to the employees and their views on the
same identity. A survey will be carried out on the companies that have already implemented the
